The 2022 Asia Cup will play from 27 August to 11 September in the T20 format.  After a two-year gap, the Asian Cricket Council finally declared the 2022 Asian Cup cricket schedule. The Asian Cricket Council has moved the 2022 Asian Cup to the United Arab Emirates due to the current situation in Sri Lanka, but the hosting rights are still reserved in Sri Lanka. There are six teams that will participate in the 2022 Asia Cup.

The 2022 Asia Cup will be held in the T20 format, four qualified teams will advance to play in the Super four. The top 2 teams on the scoreboard will compete in the final match of ASIA CUP 2022.
